Overview

ZENDRIVE is a rental management app for cars, bikes, and other vehicles. We provide software tools for operators. We are not a payment processor, marketplace, or insurance provider. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using ZENDRIVE, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account & Business data: name, email, phone, business name/branding.
• Operational data you add: vehicles, customers, bookings, invoices, files and images.
• Usage & device data: app events, crash logs, device model, OS, and coarse location when features need it.
• Subscription payments: limited payment metadata from our payment provider (e.g., status, order id). We do not process rental payments or deposits—those remain between you and your customers.

How we use information

• Provide the app and core features you request
• Operate subscriptions and billing
• Improve reliability, performance, and security
• Provide support and communicate service updates
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run ZENDRIVE (e.g., authentication, database, hosting, analytics, subscription payment processing). They process data under our instructions and appropriate safeguards.

Community Fraud Alerts: If you mark a customer profile as fraud/troublesome, that flag and your business name may be visible to other ZENDRIVE users when they interact with the same profile. This is to help prevent repeat fraud.

Share Fleet: If you opt into Share Fleet, your business name and vehicle availability may be visible to other operators. All arrangements are directly between businesses—we do not take commissions or provide guarantees.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data subject to legal and legitimate business needs.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords and keep your devices updated.

Your choices

• Access, update, or delete your profile and business data
• Export data on request where supported
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails

Children

Zendrive is for businesses and is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. Significant changes may be notified in-app or by email.
